Is there a free trial?+
Yes. Team includes a 7-day free trial. Your first seat needs no credit card. Adding a 2nd or 3rd seat requires a card on file (no charge until the trial ends). Adding a 4th seat is charged immediately.
How does per-user pricing work?+
Team is billed per active user: $30 per user with monthly billing, or the equivalent of $21 per user per month with yearly billing. Add or remove seats as your team changes.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit cards. Custom Plan customers can arrange invoicing and flexible contract terms with our sales team.
Do you offer annual billing?+
Yes. Choose yearly billing for 30% off the Team Plan: $21 per user per month, billed as $252 per user per year. Custom Plan billing terms can be tailored with our sales team.
When should I choose the Custom Plan?+
The Custom Plan is for organizations that need tailored storage or Xander access, custom contracts, invoicing, training, or dedicated support.
Can I manage multiple projects?+
Yes. Agencies run multiple brands from one FridayHQ workspace with projects, roles, and a shared calendar.
What is Live Queue?+
Live Queue is where pending content sits for review — approve, request changes, or reject on the actual media and caption.
What is Xander?+
Xander is FridayHQ’s AI assistant in Discussion. Ask for stronger captions, brief checks, and visual notes on the content.
